Lotti is a master of the balancing act – she juggles between different roles and expectations. She has finally got her dream job as a technician in the steel shop, while at the same time fighting for the green transformation as a works council member. At her workplace in production at Thyssenkrupp in Gelsenkirchen, she is still the only woman and queer person.
